I recently completed my fourth stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The property is consistently well-maintained and offers a welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit thoroughly enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Toby and Richard at the front desk. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for our stay. They went above and beyond by recommending several local attractions and places to visit, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Will be back
I stayed in the room with the balcony with my mum, and it was amazing. There was plenty of room, and it was super clean and very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning, but the only reason the room was a 4 and not 5 was because the room i was in was directly above the rooftop bar which is sometimes noisy, especially after dark, but it is really good. When we went to breakfast, the workers were always checking up on us and asking us if we were happy, which I think is really good. The staff are always happy to help. The location is extremely good, right across from the Yarra and southbank, next to a convenient tram stop and plenty of activities nearby. One of my favourite hotels and I can't wait to stay again.
The wife and I stayed here for a week. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nice. Just a personal note, I found the rooms small. As for the staff, Toby your a star you had to deal with a grumpy tired old man. You handled things like a professional. As for all other staff, the lovely lady's on breakfast you were all great. Both the wife and I didn't want to leave.
