We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Vibe Munnar with my family and kid. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff made us feel so welcome. Their behavior was exceptional – always attentive, courteous, and ready to help with a smile, which really added to the comfort of our trip.Hamilton Regalia Rooms are bit outdated but well maintained. Would recoment legacy or suite for next time. The restaurant deserves special mention – the food was simply amazing with a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the service was equally impressive. Every meal felt like a delightful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a calm and family-friendly atmosphere that made our stay very relaxing. My child had a great time, and the staff were extremely kind and thoughtful towards families with kids. Overall, Hotel Vibe Munnar exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munnar for a memorable and comfortable stay Will definitely visit again. Great job Vibe Munnar team. Thank you for giving us a wonderful stay. ♥️

We celebrated our anniversary at Vibe Resort on 20th May, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we've had. Right from the start, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. As a lovely surprise, they upgraded our room to one with a private jacuzzi, which was both romantic and relaxing – a perfect anniversary treat! One of the most unforgettable highlights was the candlelight dinner they arranged for us. The setting was beautiful and intimate, and the entire experience felt very thoughtfully curated. It truly added a magical touch to our celebration. The manager and staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. They made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. During checkout, they surprised us again by taking our photos as a sweet gesture to capture the memory, and almost all the staff came out to personally see us off – something that really touched our hearts. Everything about our stay – from the upgraded room and private jacuzzi to the thoughtful dinner and warm send-off – reflected their dedication to guest satisfaction.
