Vic3 Bangkok

I chose this hotel based on its location and its price. Room is decent. It is nice and clean but there is some dust on TV frame which may be overlooked. There are gym and small swimming pool on the 3rd floor. The gym is just nice for guests to workout on cardio and weight training. The gym room is a bit cramped. There is a southern Thai restaurant and a coffee shop on site. It is actually close to BTS station. There is 7-Eleven near by too.

Stayed at VIC3 Bangkok recently. For the price, it’s a decent place — not brand new, with some visible wear, but overall clean and functional. The pool area has a quirky mural and striped umbrellas, nice for a quick break. The gym is small but has what you need: treadmill, bench, and some weights, plus good natural light and city views. There’s also a small café in the lobby (Smith & Friends) that serves good coffee at fair prices — a nice bonus in the morning. Downsides: the AC in the room was quite noisy, and I did spot a small cockroach in the bathroom one night. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. That said, I didn’t have high expectations going in, and the hotel mostly delivered. It’s close to a 7-Eleven and the BTS, so getting around is easy. Solid budget option if you’re not expecting luxury.

Cleanliness was not up to basic standards—there were hair strands and even cockroaches, which gave me a scare. I really hope this can be improved. On the positive side, the location is great—near the metro, bus stops, and a 7-Eleven. The bed was also quite good. I truly hope the cleanliness improves before I can confidently recommend this place.
