I was very positively surprised how nice this hotel was. Staff at reception was welcoming and friendly. All in all staff seemed to be committed to the success of the hotel. And it shows. Service in all aspects was excellent. Breakfast was above of all my expectations. Very clean room with a large and comfortable bed. Super clean bathroom. Well functioning heater, and quite quiet, too. This was a perfect stay where everything went more than fine.
Probably one of the better hotels in Aljezure but not a 4 star anymore as it does not fulfill the requirements a such. Needs some makeover. The staff did what they could under the circumstances. Breakfast was "served" and was decent.
Very very loud. One of the worst hotel stays I have had. Guests were shouting and playing loud music late into the night and the walls are very thin. Also, the WiFi does not work.
