The hotel has a classic interior and is very functional, spotlessly clean. Welcome card and fruits were a really cute surprise. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and selection of pillows allowed to to find the right pillow :). I had read negative reviews about the wifi, but we had no problems with it - everything worked fine. I liked that some Turkish dishes were also offered at breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to the sauna and spa, but the roof terrace and pool are awesome.
The staff was very helpful and the location was pretty close to the main attractions, there is a metro and tram station nearby. The room was clean with fresh new towels everyday. The reception staff even helped us and they upgraded our room to a specific one that we asked. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of tastes
The hotel rooms was very clean and comfortable. The toilets were not that clean. The toilet always smelt of gutter water. You can hear the water running through pipes of someone else flushes the toilets. The breakfast was really nice. We were always welcomed by Zenna who was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. The front office staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Location was amazing. They need to do something about the smell in the toilets. By the way we had 4 rooms and all the rooms had the same smell.
