Great location — close to the train station and the city center, with everything you might need just around the corner. Check-in was quick and easy. Huge thanks to the hotel team for their personal touch — before our early morning departure at 4 AM, they kindly prepared food boxes for us. Arrival and departure are really well-organized. The room had slippers, cleaning was done perfectly every day, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. A special thank you for the birthday greetings — it was such a nice surprise. Overall, the hotel left the best impression: new, clean, with delicious breakfasts. Definitely recommend — 5/5! I will definitely come back.

Great location, near train station and central are of the city. Near grocery shops and restaurants also very close to the old city and main shopping street of the town. Comfortable bed, clean bed sheets and bathroom towels changed daily. The room needs a pretty good vacuuming since was quite dusty under the bed and in the dressing. Friendly staff but poor WiFi, also quite expensive rate compared with what it offers, as the whole city appeared compared with other Italian and European cities I have visited.

The hotel is fairly basic, but the staff are helpful and friendly and those I dealt with spoke good English. It's very convenient for the railway station and the university. There's a car park just across the road but it's not open 24 hours. Parking in Bari is very difficult, so if you can do without it, driving is best avoided.
