Great place to stay with family or as a couple or even with friends. The only downside was that it’s next to the basketball court. We could hear them playing all day from very early like 7am till even after 8pm. Which really annoyed us, cos you kind of want some time out to chill and relax but we couldn’t feel that relaxation. The basketball was constantly banging our brains 😂.

Having been travelling by motor home for 3 months this park has the best amenities! It's comparable to a 5 star hotel! Spotlessly clean and modern! Camp kitchen is amazing and I was impressed with the receptionist Lisa! I needed a small favour which she accommodated and noticed her friendly manner when dealing with customers while I was waiting! Can thoroughly recommend this amazing park!

Location is across the road from calm, stunning Shoal Bay, cafes, restaurants, clubs, IGA. Clean, well maintained, great modern ammenities, caravan spaces adequate in size. Active management that ensured only the lapping of the waves was heard after 10 pm. As electric-cyclists, there are stunning, well maintained cycle paths to Fingal Bay and to Nelson Bay. Everything at the park was automated and easy, with responsive staff when needed. The only slight issue was that the paths were too dark at night. A few times, I tripped or nearly stumbled into someone, even with my torch. Watch travel times from Sydney do blow-out on busy holidays,
