From the moment we entered the hotel, we had an accommodation experience where attention was felt in every detail, with the smiling faces of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, I can easily say that it is a place where everyone looking for a peaceful holiday will be satisfied.
Really nice hotel with parking. Perfect if you come with a car. From the hotel you can drive into old city, as it will probably be too far for a walk. There are restaurants around within walking distance. Hotel has sauna and a small jacuzzi, and gym. It was a good choice for our visit to Brasov.
The rooms are surprisingly good, even if not everything is necessarily working perfectly in top shape. Like the AC was not working in one of the apartments, the staff was not aware of that before our arrival, nothing could be done until the next day. And there is only 1 guy at the reception. The breakfast was ok but not amazing, coffee machine was not ok but the young lady at the entrance made some quick cappuccinos for us. The shower cabin was the best part, it's not just a cabin, it's a generous part of the bathroom that you can use to shower in. The worst part was that we had no idea about the spa and jacuzzi, they're not advertised, not even functional unless you ask for permission some 30 min early, the staff considers this to be normal, and they will put you in your place if you think otherwise.
