Had the most amazing birthday weekend stay here. Simran is the host with the most. The apartment was immaculate with luxury decor and an amazing terrace view. The terrace bar and restaurant was amazing too. 5 star service and was even gifted a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of a weekend away in Leamington. It made my birthday weekend extra magical. Thanks so much :) very grateful.

The room is basically good but very dirty. There is always a little dirt everywhere, but the worst thing is that there is hair on the pillow and bed sheets

Arrived with my family wife and two young children on the 05/01/2024, we got showed to a room we didn’t pay for as they said it was an upgrade. On inspection of this upgraded apartment we discovered tobacco all over the counter top and a empty bag of drugs with clear residue in, when I approached management about this they apologised and moved us to the room we payed for but the code was exactly the same as the first flat. Explained this to management got told we had the special code 🙄, I also told the manager that the door that allows access to the flats from the outside walkway is broken he assured me that it would be fixed on his way out( that was a lie didn’t bother fixing). We then had an intruder try and force entry into our apartment at 04:00 in the morning and would of gained entry if we didn’t barricade the door before going to bed not that we slept, I told the male to go away as he was clearly intoxicated falling down the stairs. He came back a second time and we had to call the police, worst night stay ever afford this place. Still waiting on our 160 pound refund they keep swerving our calls and emails. There rats 🐀!!!!!!!!!!!
