Victoria Golf Resort and Spa Managed by Accor

From the check-in to check-out, there is none bad part of the stay. Everything was very pleasant. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The suite was amazing and I had an upgrade by check in staff due to room availability and my status with Accor. My room was spacious and comfortable and extremely quiet. Breakfast was amazing and full of nutritional food. Many choices for lunch and dinner in the resort. I had two massages and one facial while I stayed there. Barbara was incredible with her technique. Concierge helped me to book dolphins watch and we actually managed to see them. Pool was busy but not too busy that you can't get a lounge chair or sun bed. Overall my stay was just so incredible!

We were truly impressed with the facilities and service we received during our stay. It was extremely hot, and we appreciated that the housekeepers visited each room to ensure we had enough water to drink—what a lovely touch! The breakfast was delicious, and the cocktails at the bar were fantastic. We stayed in an upgraded room with pool access, which was top-notch, secure, and safe for our little ones. Our 4-year-old loved the pool so much that we could hardly get him out, which is a great sign! The complimentary shuttle to Vilamoura was an added bonus for venturing outside the resort. There are so many positive things to say about our experience. Overall, it felt like a united effort, with all the different departments providing outstanding service with smiles on their faces, which was wonderful to see. I would rate this hotel 10 stars if I could, and we can't wait to return with other family members. Best of all, we booked the hotel to relax before heading to Lisbon to visit family and watch a football game. To our surprise, our football team was staying at the hotel as well, which made our experience even better since we were able to take photos with one of the players. We truly got exactly what we wanted and more. Thank you so much for the outstanding hospitality. Keep up the great work!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We ate in both the sensaj and ria restaurant which were both great. Our room was beautiful with great views of the golf course. I will definitely return.
