Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel and Spa

We have the pleasure of staying at this property for 4 nights in July 2025. It was one the best experiences I’ve had ever. Entire staff is very friendly including the reception, restaurant, spa service. We booked spa treatment for entire family and it was the most pleasant experience. Spa location is very private and peaceful. I had my back massage done with Sonia and she was really good. I highly recommend her and entire spa staff.

A 5 star hotel that lives up to the gold standard. This is a very large hotel, but upon arrival, our reception made us feel right at home. Our room was beyond spacious and beautiful with the most exquisite views. We enjoyed watching the paragliders come out of the sky and land in front of the hotel right from our balcony. You will be pleased with the dining options ~ naturally, only the highest quality foods are prepared with exceptional service. This is a perfect base for all adventures.

We only ate here for the Mother's Day Brunch and it was fabulous all around!! The food selection, as it was a buffet style, was amazing and delicious! We adored the staff. We had Laura and Victoria wait on us on the patio. They were very attentive and conversational with us. Laura even ran down the street after us to give me a Mother's Day Red Rose! So sweet! Will definitely come back as they have the best views! See photo!
