Victoria Palace Hotel & Zen Wellness

We really enjoyed our experience at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard below. Breakfast included a wide choice of food, mostly pastries and continental meats, cheeses, fruits etc - the waiting staff were very attentive. There is a peaceful pool area at the back with sun loungers all around that looks absolutely stunning in the sun. There is also a spa downstairs that looked amazing but we did not have time to use unfortunately. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and one end of the town, but it takes a bit longer to walk all the way down to the old town. Overall me and my partner had a great time here and we will definitely be coming back.

Loved our stay, plenty of amenities and best of all close to the beach (that was our priority). Everything is practically within walking distance. The hotel is very nice inside, plenty of amenities (bar, spa, pool, restaurant) all of which are great. Be sure to reserve a message with your spa otherwise it's not included. Staff were nice and helpful though one guy at the front desk always seemed unhappy and short to help.

We stayed 11 nights as a family of 4 in an apartment at this lovely hotel. Apartment was well furnished, kitchen properly equipped, and comfortable. Unfortunately on 6th day I had to ask for towels and bedding to be changed, otherwise it wouldn't be done. We did not get the cleaning service at all during such long stay, so it got pretty dirty after a while, which wasn't pleasant. This was not communicated to us beforehand, and for 200€ a night it was expected. The pool and the hotel communal areas overall look beautiful. Plenty of parking spaces, with additional secure parking two streets down. Very close to the sea front and about 30 minute walk to the old town. Front staff not always friendly. Overall, a positive experience, but some things could be improved.
