Victor's Residenz Hotel Frankenthal

My stay here has been memorable. I looked forward to seeing either Soraya or Monica at the panoramic breakfast bar. It was wonderful to see a friendly face every morning. The hotel is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Frankenthal.

While the hotel was a great architectural beauty, the location for us was not ideal. The room was sufficient, the bed was ok, no AC, fan was available, and the washroom was small. No coffee maker in the room or no additional pillows in the room. We had to ask. The folks working in the reception desk were polite and friendly. NOTE: Parking is available at the hotel. However, there are no in and out privileges. You must pay each time when you leave so that was a huge disappointment, especially when there are not many options for restaurants' walking distance. We paid almost $30 euros for parking to stay for less than 24 hours. Will not return to this hotel.

Noisy Suffocating Irritating !! Good for a day or two for business trips as Industrial zone is nearby. Definitely NO GO for a vacation !! Uncomfortable things: 1. As hotel is located near main road, its super noisy. Windows are not properly adjusted to be soundproof. So if you are looking for some peace, not good choice. 2. No air conditioning! Fan is available but not enough if you are visiting in the hot days. 3. No Free Parking. Extra 16.5 EUR must be paid as there are no parking place available. 4. Not even a single water bottle available in Ghosty room as welcome drink. For every little thing you need to go to reception. Only good thing: Nice breakfast on 8th Floor.
