Victor's Residenz Hotel Teistungenburg

Very dog friendly, amazing staff. We had a short stay in the hotel but Marius was exceptionally good. He really made our stay unforgettable. He was so attentive and personal I was taken buy the ambiance he created. From dog lovers perspective, beautiful off the leash walks around. Highly recommended.

+ the receptionists are smiley and they are very nice. They reply to emails also very fast. + the food is super. We stay for two nights and very night the food (buffet)is great! + cleanness: the hotel is in general very clean, from the room to the restaurant to the swimming area. It is very clean hotel. + it is good for a weekend stay or a short stay. We visited the museum closely, swimmers a lot and played table tennis. - the badminton court is accessible with a fee. I think this is the only negative point in the hotel that we need to pay for the badminton court. The cost is the same as a professional badminton court outside but the facility is not that professional for example the net was not straight and tight. So we decided not to pay for it when we see the condition of it. Overall it is an excellent hotel and we would like to come back for a short wellness vacation.

Nice hotel somewhere in the middle of nowhere. However very close to the former German boarder if you are into history. If you are not it's still a nice place to sit back and relax. We had breakfast and dinner included which was served buffet style. It was tasty but unfortunately breakfast was every day the same. There was a little variation for dinner though due to different themes. The rooms were and still are renovated which is great. They have a fresh ans modern touch. There is also a sauna area with two indoor and one modern outdoor sauna which was nice. Unfortunately, the cold diving basin was closed. There is also the possibility to do your swim training in the indoor pool and a little outdoor basin area with enough loungers. Also great is the gym to play badminton, table tennis, Squash or do your workout.
