Victor's Seehotel Weingärtner

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in while visiting Germany. It was beautiful and quiet as well as in a great location. The food was wonderful as well. I will definitely stay there again.

I wrote the comment underneath the picture but all I can say is: go there! Even if you're not staying at the hotel you can enjoy the restaurant. It's just such a wonderful place and for the extreme friendly staff nothing is asked too much. Just go there and you'll be convinced about this little paradise at the Bostalsee! We'll go back for sure.

This is a beautiful hotel. Bedrooms are very spacious, spotless clean, in an elegant rustic style with lovely pieces of furniture matching the beautiful countryside around. Nice terrasse overlooking the countryside and a Delonghi coffee machine available in the room. To be noted: no twin bedroom available in the hotel - or so I’ve been told. The bed is rather low and mattress/pillow very soft, so not for those with back issues. Staff friendliness is quite a disappointment. Check in at reception was cold, with the bare minimum of information provided about the hotel. We were just given the time schedule for the breakfast and then pointed to the elevator to go to our room, nothing else. Same during the breakfast (which is great btw!). For the anecdote, one morning I forgot a bowl of cereals at the buffet. The waitress asked if it was mine, to which I answered yes, and then she left without even thinking to bring it to our table 😂 This hotel deserves its 4 stars but would benefit from a better training in “kindness” and “sense of service” for their staff
