I came here with my study trip group. The food was fresh an delicious. The rooms are big and clean. The service is outstanding. If you’re lucky you get a room with a nice view of the Mediterranean Sea. I recommend everybody to come here if you want to stay in Byblos and have some nice time at the beach which is very close. We had a lovely time! Thank you very much.
Super low service they kept promissing that the rooms will be ready in one hour from 2 pm till 6 pm and i left to another hotel and the rooms still not ready, recepionist careless, zero management and zero service..
Worst customer service ever! We waited 1hour in the lobby because our rooms were not ready, no AC, they didn’t even offer water or something to drink. The checkin was at 2, it was almost 5pm and still waiting so we left. They even didn’t apologize for the wait. Don’t recommend at all
