VIE Hotel Bangkok – “A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Bangkok – 100/100” If you’re looking for a hotel that combines modern luxury, comfort, and truly exceptional service, VIE Hotel Bangkok is exactly where you should be. My stay here was almost flawless – a well-deserved 100 out of 100. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding; the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. A special highlight was the Bartender at the Piano Club – simply exceptional. His skills, attention to detail, and warm personality elevated our evenings and made our stay feel truly complete. Honestly, he sets the benchmark for hospitality here. That said, no hotel is perfect – and if there’s one area that needs improvement, it’s the swimming pool staff. Their service felt… underwhelming, to say the least, and certainly didn’t match the high standards set by the rest of the team. Perhaps a little training from the bartender downstairs wouldn’t hurt – he could definitely teach them a thing or two about genuine hospitality. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Bangkok, yet calm and relaxing once you’re inside. Overall, VIE Hotel Bangkok is a gem I’d recommend without hesitation – worth every baht, and I’d happily return.

Our recent stay at VIE Hotel Bangkok was nothing short from perfection. From the moment of arrival until departure we felt that all the details were personally curated and tailor-made to cope our personal requirements. Our Executive Suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for relaxation. The services from all the staffs was also top notch in which we would like to specially thanks to all the individual at Piano Bar as well as the staffs at the Front Office who managed a seamless check-in and check-out process. Last but not least, the food at both the Club and the restaurant outlets was also at good quality, variety, and taste. We’ll be back soon!

Special thanks to Jane (the intern from Nepal) who was very accommodating and nice during my check-in process. Super grateful that my room was upgraded to Executive Suite (thanks to Platinum status). Room was very nice, very spacious, clean and very comfortable. The best one I stayed in Bangkok so far! The breakfast was also nice, but the highlight was the fruits & choco mousse! All the fruits were fresh and sweet. The egg station guy was so friendly and lovely! I love that the hotel use real flowers at the lobby and the room. Too bad I didn't have time to try the Lounge, hopefully I can come back :)
