The day of my birthday, when I got back to my room there was a birthday cake and a note from the hotel wishing me a happy birthday! I loved and appreciated that very much. Thank you!!!
Avoid this hotel ! You pay like 250€ for what they say is a duplex room. But at 6pm you have the neighbor on the left talking on the phone like if he was in your room. You say to yourself OK, the night will be better At 10pm some ladies on the other come back and start taking loud, but since there is no sound insulation, you hear everything. The worth was at 7:30am the kid started to shout out for at least 1.5 hours when her mother started too. Very, very bad experience
Overall would say avoid this hotel unless at risk of no shelter. There was an unpleasant smell starting from the lobby, but was overlookable. Then you enter the lift and it becomes unmistakeable. The bedroom itself also had a lingering scent but you can acclimatise to that. The breakfast hall however, the smell and trying to consume unappetising food with flies on it, oh and hair on the syrup bottle… on one of the breakfast days I had the misfortune of picking up a plate from the clean pile to use but the plate had some unidentified sticky liquid that dripped onto my foot! I have enjoyed street vendor foods and drinks places like Nepal, India, and Myanmar whilst fearing for my gut health LESS than in this breakfast hall.
