1. There is only 1 lift with a very narrow walkway wide enough for only 1 person with luggage to the reception area. 2. Room's sound proofing is mediocre. You can hear a soft cough or foot steps from someone walking in the corridor of your floor, let alone people chatting while walking to or from their room. 3. Security and control at the lobby is weak. Deliveries of food and online purchases by guests of the hotel are left loosely in the reception area. We saw bottles of milk left overnight unclaimed. 4. With no concierge services luggages are left in the lobby at "free will". Our group of travellers accidentally dragged two luggages (not belonging to us) that were placed together with our luggages out of the hotel without being questioned. Fortunately we realised it subsequently and returned the two luggages back to the hotel. 5. Bedsheets are not changed daily. 6. Entrance to the lobby is via a small dark alley near a rubbish dump. 7. Vehicles are not able to stop in front of the hotel. All guests have to walk about 60-70 meters with luggages to and from the hotel lobby from the vehicle.

BRUTAL. 0 Stars. Location is great if you like high volume tourist traffic. Walking distance to the subway but still 2 blocks away. There are better areas of the city however. The property is GARBAGE. Rooms stink. There are ashtrays in the hallways. Some rooms have no windows. Toilets clog just from looking at them. Shower fixtures suck. Showers do not drain across multiple different rooms. Only stay here if you have no respect for your own personal comfort. Even if it is free, do not stay here.

Do not be deceived by the pictures- hotel is pretty run down … Clean room but STINKY - smell seem to come from the draining hole in the toilet. Rooms are non smoking ones but obviously someone had been smoking in there. Not friendly staffs-not willing to elaborate on questions . Do not book here .. for a 3 star hotel, it’s not cheap!
