Viewpoint Khaoyai Hotel

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, offering a great level of comfort. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, the breathtaking view, and the stunning starry ceiling in the bedroom, which created a magical atmosphere at night. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay at this newly opened hotel! The rooms are beautiful, everything is brand new, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The rooms were comfortable and we were looking forward to a great stay, but unfortunately our experience during breakfast fell short. We booked two rooms for three people—one room with breakfast for two, and for the third person, we paid an additional charge at check-in. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, the staff informed us that only one person was listed for breakfast. Despite explaining the situation, the staff member did not initially ask to see our voucher or confirm with reception. We had to present our booking details multiple times before they eventually checked on their end. The explanation then changed, suggesting the hotel assumed we were a group of four and thus entitled to breakfast for only three. While the issue was eventually resolved, the handling of the situation affected the overall impression of our stay.
