Vik Chile

We ate an exquisite lunch; every course paired with a superb wine. The ambience is a delight, calm & picturesque. The service needs polishing and over-booking does not make diners happy when they eventually sit down to a stunning meal.

We loved our stay at the Vik Hotel! The bungalow was amazing - the views were stunning. Staff was so sweet and helpful. Our lunches at Vik Zero were the best meals by far. Chris did a wonderful job. The dinners were a little over hype and missed the mark. Great value for your stay with the activities and included meals/beverages.

Remarkable setting … Although lights and AC are tricky to adjust. the rooms are lovely, bohemian, and comfortable. The outlooks and grounds are amazing with water features, and mountains and vineyards views. We enjoyed a horse ride, a lookout hike, and vegetable garden tour. Dinner? Overpriced and poor execution with food served cold and ill-timed. We were two people - our dinners came out more than ten minutes apart. Neither server acknowledged that they’d missed in their service or even asked if everything was good. The special lamb ravioli was almost inedible. We noticed folks at our neighboring table sent theirs back. Breakfast? Lovely spread with breads, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruits, juices, and eggs.
