Viking Hotel Waterford

We haven't stayed in. Was a brunch with a family get-together. We had a lovely meal. The atmosphere was great and the staff been so friendly and helpful!! Me and my boyfriend had a great experience ! 😌 Thanks Viking Hotel we will stay next time 😉

Stayed here last night with family, and the rooms were fabulous. We booked a family room and it was absolutely amazing, so much space and very modern. The beds were really comfortable. The staff couldn't have been nicer, very friendly and welcoming. Especially the young lads behind the bar. Breakfast was superb, the staff at breakfast were great with the kids and went out of their way for them. The dinner in the restaurant was gorgeous and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. Very pleased with our stay 😊

We had dinner in the Restaurant this evening,25 July, we were seated and some time later given a Menu, and waited a longer time for the order to be taken, food arrived, was fine, Pizza was supposed ti be Meat Feast but had literally 9 small pieces of salami on it, asked fir main course cedar salad, it arrived with 3 small strips of chicken on It . I assume starter was ordered by waiter, . but have to say service provided by staff was just terrible, they never cleared the table, we waited 20 mins to ask for dessert menu, we were given a dessert menu, and no one came back to take an order, so we paid the bill and left without dessert or coffee after our dinner, very poor service indeed seemed a lot of inexperienced waiting staff just not interested at all. Would not go back again.
