Very unprofessional staff, especially reception and duty manager. When I was making a booking via phone, they didn't give me any details such as booking reference or else so when we arrived to the hotel they said that there is no booking in the system and had to search a new room for us on the spot which took a lot of time to register us again. I'm from Belarus and my husband is not so according to the policy of the hotel we had to pay extra per night because he's a foreigner! Unbelievable. I've travelled so many countries and stayed in different hotels but first time see such discrimination. Spa also was closed during our stay because they switched off the water for some reason. Gym needs some extension, extremely basic. When we tried to talk to a manager about what happened she was rude and negligent and looked like she didn't care at all. Reception also said if you don't like conditions you can change the hotel. No comments. The positive thing was the location of the hotel and the room was nice and cosy, cleaning staff was amazing, the lady cleaned and replaced amenities every day. I enjoyed breakfast buffet as well, since a lot of Belarussian style dishes, but my husband didn't really like because was a new taste for him so if you are picky and not into trying new things you might not like it
The room size very generous. In a convinient location. The shopping mall and the supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and a beautiful park just across the road. There is a very nice Spa center on the premises including the sauna and the sweeming pool. However the level of the service is not what you'd expect from this level of establishment. Most of staff hardly speak English, except the reception. Don't expect a friendly smile or even "Good morning" from the staff in this place, shame really. All in all three stars rating I think is quite accurate.
Very bad service. The prices from cosmos to compare to quality.breakfast is 15dollars. For check in we spent 30mins to talk to lady and still she did mistake with customer-we told her 3days with breakfast.we paid everything in rubbles money and on last day we came for breakfast as we doing on all world and lady said we are not on the list we need to pay.cash or card.i said card.lady in the middle of my breakfast which is costing breakfast more then in New York or in London she said pay by card.i said I left my card in hotel room.how these people think everybody carry on credit card for breakfast.we had breakfast for 2days and for some reason not for last day.this is so embarrassed for hotel which wants to be most expensive on the world with bad service.how on earth lady in reception could think breakfast for 2days and 3day we should eat where??? All people so grumpy, not smiling at all. No help with anything. The pillows are the worst -so small and also the bed is so firm like sleeping on the floor with blanket. The air conditioning doesn’t give any cold air to the room. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Also on Friday after check in we went to Restaurant to get dinner.we get there before 10pm and restaurant was closing at 11. The lady showed us the table and we ordered the food, after few minutes the waiter came and she said the dishes take 1hour to cook.so please take salad.how on the earth hotel which wants to be the most expensive hotel on the world is saying cooking two dishes take 1hour??i will sort out quicker if I will go to city centre and order in restaurant and bring to hotel and this will happen quicker.Restaurant is for 100people and in this time only were maybe 10people. The worst experience in my life. Please avoid.
