Vila Gale Resort Cumbuco All Inclusive

In general it was a good experience. The hotel is nice in a perfect location and was not too crowded. The AC was not working and the door didn't lock when I arrived at my room, but the new room was ok. Rooms are getting old... Food is not amazing but I wouldn't expect that would be possible almost 24h per day. Yes I arrived at 2 a.m. and the kitchen was open, serving sandwiches and burgers. I think it's a great place to spend a few days relaxing.

It’s a great place for family with kids. Lots of entertainment for kids, food and drinks all day long. Service is not their best asset, and food is always made for thousands lacking quality sometimes. You must visit lowering expectations of high class service, and then you can enjoy your stay! It is definitely worth the visit, and I’m eager to come back.

Above expectations! It's my 3rd day, from 7. The service is terrible, not many crew serving, they are kind team, but a big gap to serve the guests. There are 3 special restaurants for booking... don't waste your time. The food is the same as buffet, the difference is they will take long time to serve you, until you can take by yourself. The drinks are very OK. You can go to cheapest wholesale and buy all drinks for US$1,00. And you will wait long time to serve you. Ah... at last... the main buffet closes at 22:30. I arrived with my family 21:30, and no food. I asked "Where are the food?", the gentle lady answered: "At 21:30, we froze the service, only if you order"...
