Lots of nature and we spotted a few animals in the resort which the kids loved. Good entertainment program. Also has quite a few quiet spots you don’t always find in such resorts
Staff friendly and professional. Room needs to be updated. Gymnasium (academia) a big disappointment; equipment broken and dirty. Buffet enormous quantities and lots to choose from but not particular tasty. Great location.
Had some back and forth at checkout about getting our bags to the lobby. They asked for an hour notice, to which we complied but they still hadn't arrived when our taxi pulled up. Also, saw a cockroach 🪳 on the lobby floor as I was sipping a cocktail later in the evening
