Vila Park Nature & Business Hotel

For a 4star hotel there is much more to improve. restaurant service very poor, the room was not well furnitured and not ready for children; staff was nice but not effcient;

One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because of the pool and guess what - it was in maintenance for the 3 days of our stay, and no notice on the website. When we asked the desk, they were not the most helpful and made us feel we had nothing to complain about. Room was spacious but not well isolated. No tea option only coffee - I had to pay 2€ at the bar for a hot cup of water… Restaurant offers only 1 option for dinner. All in all, this did not feel like a 4 star hotel, more like a motel. The building is big but the staff could be a bit more cordial, especially when one of their key amenities is not available out of the blue. Did not meet our expectations, kinda regret picking this hotel.

We stayed for one night during our trip in Portugal. The bathroom was in terrible condition, there was mold, the bed and the rest of the room were relatively okay, old, but clean. The breakfast was insufficient, no vegetables, small selection, reluctant service. I recommend skipping it.
