Vila Valverde Design Country Hotel

If you are looking to relax, unwind and retreat in peace, quiet, and privacy, whilst being surrounded by beautiful nature and landscaping - this is the place. I was lucky enough to hit a quiet period, so it felt perfect for my needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had no issues with my gluten and dairy intolerance whilst still having a very good choice for breakfast. Lots of places to drive to in a short range for food variety or exploration.

We loved this place. Great location. 5min drive to Luz and 10min drive to Lagos. Relaxing and quiet. Food was incredible. Staff was friendly and helpful. A few things I would recommend that would make the stay better in the future. First would be a shelf or stool in the shower to shave legs and hold toiletries. Having to pick up the toiletries off the shower floor was a little annoying. Would love more hangers and hooks in the bathroom for towels and robes and bathing suits. We also did not see an electric charging station for cars. It would be very nice to have. I would also recommend screens on the balcony doors. We enjoyed the breeze and fresh air from the ocean but we had a few bugs in the room after we left the doors open. Otherwise I think this place is amazing and would recommend to anyone and would stay again next time we visit.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel! The free breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel's fabulous design and comfortable spaces truly stood out, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The waitresses were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!
