Very nice and clean hotel The staff is so friendly helpful

First and foremost, this hotel claims to be a 4-star property but it barely qualifies to be called a 3-star property. They don't even have parking facility. You have to block the road to get in or out of the vehicle. There's a good walking space in front of the property, which is, unfortunately of no use. Instead, the hotel could have used that space to expand the rooms because the rooms are very small. It's every difficult for two people to move around inside the room with absolutely no furniture to keep the luggage. Toiletries and complimentary teabags were provided in the rooms along with a tea kettle. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The washroom, on the other hand, was again, very tiny. The breakfast was good. They had a decent variety to choose from but they didn't have any non-vegetarian options. Wi-Fi speed was good as well and was complimentary.

Very bad WiFi, almost inexistent. I asked the manager 2 times to repair the WiFi, she said that it should work but it never worked. The manager is very very rude, and from what I can see I'm not the only person that has been complaining about that.This manager likes to swear(in italian) her non italian speaking clients.Also, the meneger tried the door handle in the night. The rooms are very small. Overall if you want to have a good experience don't choose this hotel.
