Superb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently stayed at Villa Air with my friends, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home right away and were always ready to help with anything we needed, from check-in to check-out. The villa itself was stunning. Surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful vibes, it felt like a hidden paradise. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the atmosphere was both cozy and luxurious. We especially loved waking up to the sounds of nature—it was so calming. The private pool was another highlight of our stay. It was perfectly clean, well-maintained, and very private. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the peaceful environment. The garden area around the pool was also so beautiful and serene. We also appreciated the little touches—like the welcome drinks, the fresh towels always ready by the pool, and how friendly and respectful the housekeeping team was. Everything felt personalized and done with care. This place is perfect whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a relaxing time with friends, or just a break from the busy world. We left feeling completely refreshed and grateful for the experience. I would absolutely recommend Villa Air to anyone visiting Bali. Can’t wait to come back someday!

What a wonderful stayin’ I’ve ever experience. The beautiful rooms, the greetings, service and the breakfast were really amazing. Can’t believe my staycation has finished with this villa tho..

Title: Disappointing Experience with Air Conditioning I expected a 5-star experience, but unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working upon check-in. We informed the staff, and they assured us that an engineer would come. However, we had to follow up again after 10 minutes. When the engineer finally arrived, he worked on the issue for 20-30 minutes, yet the room remained uncomfortably warm. On top of that, I requested a saucepan from the manager at check-in, but even after two hours, it was not delivered. For a hotel of this standard, I expected quicker and more effective service.The lack of prompt service and attention to guest requests made our stay uncomfortable. A hotel of this caliber should prioritize guest needs more efficiently. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service.
