Villa Amara Oliver Palm Resort

Very Nice project, I recently bought a Loft style Apartment in that project and the level of "finishing materials" they use is top of the range, before buying I did a lot of visits in Marrakech but no project was at this level... I met the developer himself before buying and they are serious people that stand behind their product...

The rooms were big. However minor issues as some sockets did not work and wardrobe door was broken. Staff however rectified the broken door. Hard to sleep as early in the morning other guests blast loud music and there is no sound insulation. Also the security is always harrasing you for extra money if you want to bring guests. It is very annoying as the price has already been agreed with the hotel. This hotel is far from the centre but good if you want to party all day and night. Swimming pool is nice and designed well. Security needs to stop harassing the guests for money as that really put us off as these apartments are already quite expensive as it is. For that reason I will not be returning here

Worst place ever 1- not clean we had bugs in every bathroom. 2- They accept parties so put in mind you’ll wake up everyday at 5 am from the music noise. 3- very far from the center 24 minutes min and 200 dirhams min for the taxi. Wouldnt recommend it at all
