Villa at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel

The villas were well designed, quite and private It has access to the beach The butler service was excellent, the guys were helpful and friendly,, 24/7 security Having breakfast at the villa was much better for the kids and to take you time eating and enjoying.. Overall a 5 star experience and definitely will be back,,,

Pool area was big and not to crowded. The steakhouse restaurant was fantastic and they allowed us to order desert from the pool bar and eat it after our meal as they had different deserts. The rooms were of a good size and any staff we dealt with were friendly. Was very handy to some of the things we wanted to see.

I am just going to conclude my experience wasn’t that good first day don’t try to please the customers in our first day we asked if they can join tables of the breakfast for us because we were a big group they refused they said you can eat outside in the humidity otherwise you will eat inside in separate tables so we tried one more day but the rest we started to order the breakfast in the room or in the villa that’s what we got the size of the villa was very good their restroom was good too but we have two babies one is one year and four months the second one is two years and six months the crib didn’t fit them my youngest whose foot were out of the bed the other one he slept between me and his dad the pillows were very bad I had to ask for better ones also it wasn’t that good We had to suck it up. Another thing we booked this hotel we thought it’s beachfront but we realize that beachfront is different than waterfront so we can’t go through the beach directly from our hotel it’s blocked with rocks.
