Originally booked just for a few days but stayed here for nearly 5 weeks whilst visiting family. Great location near restaurant shopping and lovely interesting neighbourhood. Staff were brilliant throughout. Very attentive and friendly. We will be very happy to come back on future visits. It was perfect for us.
Best value and the location is absolutely amazing. Reserve the balcony room and you won’t regret. Staff is super friendly and SUHEIR, reception manager, is great. Thank you🙏🏼
Avoid this hotel as the management has serious issues. It is a shame as the hotel has great potential. The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I shared my concerns with the broader Brown hotel management team via email, hoping for a resolution as they did not process my work voucher. Despite following up multiple times over the course of a week — including by phone, I received no response. Extremely disappointing from a brand that prides itself on hospitality.
