Very quaint hotel in a stunning location
After receiving booking confirmation and having fully prepaid, we arrived at the hotel in the evening and we were surprised to find the place completely closed, dark and empty. We were forced to find another accommodation last minute in the city and our weekend has been ruined by this "4 stars hotel" that cannot manage one simple booking. This place should be avoided due to their unprofessional behaviour. Despite the incident occurred three days ago, they have not apologized or responded to any of my emails.
