Best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in! This was our first family trip with our 7 month old son and our parents. Villa Brown ticks every box. The aesthetic is beautiful, the location is perfect and the service is impeccable!! The rooms were spacious, clean, cool and well appointed overall. My wife was nervous traveling with a baby from America but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us; it instantly felt like home. When we arrived we instantly felt at home and our son had more fun with the staff than he did with my wife or I. They provided a plush pack and play crib and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. We spent each of our breakfasts with Maria and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness and hospitality. She always made our son smile, and helped arrange taxis and transportation whenever we needed. Anna was so welcoming and our son took a particular liking to her as well! We will definitely be back!

Stop. STOP! Actually never stop with your phenomenal service. I was surprised how amazing the customer service was. When it came to our needs it was constantly met with smiles and warmth. See I’ve never had a problem with being an American in Europe but you never know what you will get. Villa Brown did not disappoint. We were able to check in early and had espressos while we waited for the room. Complimentary drinks, coffee, and breakfast was not even the tip of the iceberg. Just how beautiful and clean the rooms were. We had a balcony. And please don’t get me started on the rooftop bar. The area is so conveniently placed. Only a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis, 1 minute walk to restaurants and shops. I mean it, when you step outside the hotel you’re met with a restaurant and grocery store. This place is definitely worth any day if you’re coming to Athens.. 10s across the board!!

Cons: Compact Rooms: The guest rooms are on the smaller side, which may be a consideration for those seeking more spacious accommodations. Lack of Soundproofing: The windows do not adequately block outside noise, and the nearby church bells can be quite loud, particularly early in the morning. Limited Dining Space: Breakfast is served at small tables, which can feel cramped during peak hours. Despite a few minor drawbacks, Villa Brown Ermou offers a memorable stay in the heart of Athens, particularly for travelers who value great service and a central location.
