Absolutely perfect stay at Villa Bryggekanten! Emma at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful — and honestly, every staff member we interacted with was just as amazing. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the water and walking distance to everything. Already looking forward to stopping here again, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Room was small, know that solo traveler, was tight even for me, there was no refrigerator to keep my F&B cold, asked for some ice, the look on guys face was like a big chore, install a ice machine for guests, the location was perfect for walking to town.also not enough parking, had to use paid parking, but not end of world due to when stay at Marriott, have to pay for parking. I will come back to stay in Henningsvaer in the future.
The hotel Villa Bryggekanten was good. We paid about 6000 NOK for two nights, yes the location is great, the service at reception ok, we had to have the room cleaned again as there was so much hair lying around from previous guests and it wasn't very pleasant. However, the request was accepted immediately, which we appreciated. The rooms are rather small but good. Breakfast is good. Would I book it again? No, I think I would rather stay at the sister hotel Henningsvær Bryggen.
