Villa Carlotta Hotel

Very well served by all the staff, especially the staff at the reception and the staff serving breakfast. Really friendly and helpful all around for any need or questions we had. I had also been treated with a surprise on my birthday without mentioning anything. Very clean rooms and a beautiful steak house next door which is part of the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Ragusa!

Mystified how this hotel is 4 star. Rooms tired, basic and unloved. Cupboard broken, light casing broken in bathroom. Toilet seat loose and very yellow. Internet constantly dropping out. Breakfast sub standard. Cheap cereals and plastic cups for juices. Also attached restaurant is a Steak house-why not have a cuisine that caters for everyone’s tastes 🤷🏼‍♀️

went half of June, and while the structure itself was nice and pleasant, the hotel was in an off-season mood, neither one chair outside, just some rusty tables right at the entrance. Pool with just some sun beds, but treated like a warehouse for the furniture to be used during their events. The gymn with almost nothing in, while on the website, is completely equipped. Restaurant opened only for dinner and only if you book, so if no clients are in, you may find it closed even at 9pm. Ants in the room and in bed, Sky tv is advertised on the website, but it doesn't work. The receptionist told us when we asked why it was not working. Flooring outside the hotel was cleaned maybe 10 years ago.
