Villa Certosa Capri Boutique Hotel

10/10 This hotel deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Top notch service and top notch hotel very clean and modern and beautiful. The owner of the hotel should give front desk 'Julia' a raise ASAP. She went above and beyond and made our trip that much better, from helping us book dinners and securing a Capri boat ride. Will come back!!

The stay was absolutely perfect! All the amenities were brand-new and very clean! The staff was so friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend the stay at this hotel!!

Beautiful brand new hotel. Our only issue is that our room was facing the sea, which I had a decent view. The issue was that there’s a common gathering area where all the children of Capri gather at night time and they make a lot of noise. We could hear it until one or two in the morning every single night But other than that, this hotel was amazing. The service was incredible. The breakfast was next level An amazing healthiest selection of fresh juices and many other things. Another downside was that the hotel didn’t include or try to help us arrange luggage transport, or transporting us to and from the ferry, which was quite a trek you can only walk by foot to get to the front of the hotel and you have to walk about 10 minutes from the main area Which is fine but not when you’re carrying 100 pounds of luggage. For the price point the Hotel should really try to arrange this for their guest. I know that they are new however, hopefully they will read this and consider things they can do to improve this for their guests. I would still recommend this hotel to friends, though it was great otherwise.
