Loved the welcome fruit and juice, what a great touch as you arrive. The property was beautiful. It’s very inviting, open and lots of places to hang or chill while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Honestly we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super helpful and amazing in every way. Breakfast had plenty of choices and all was very good. They will ask for your room number as not all reservations include breakfast, which is no big deal. It’s a buffet style with lots of drinks options, bread options, food such as salads, pasta I mean a lot. They have a shuttle to take you into town and back which was a bonus!!! As part of your stay you get water everyday in your fridge. The cleaning staff was fabulous. Also make time to go get a massage, the ladies did a fantastic job, definitely book early. Nights get really busy and don’t forget about Happy hour! Goes well with massage haha. They have laundry services available as well but it’s a drop and pay which worked for us. I will say this is not a perfect hotel but while there we had a few storms and I can see that keeping everything perfect it’s impossible but staff does a good job. I always saw employees working to maintain the grounds. But great value for your money and honestly can’t beat the location. Shuttle to night life and quiet for sleeping equals perfect!!! Thank you for such a lovely stay. We will plan to stay here when were return to Krabi. FYI - they do have construction of a new building which they work until 8-5pm for us that wasn’t an issue at all and we were next to it.
The location of this hotel was absolutely beautiful—peaceful surroundings and stunning views made our stay feel like a true getaway. The front desk staff were amazing—super friendly, professional, and very helpful with any changes we needed. They made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated. We stayed in a family room (2104), which was spacious and comfortable overall. However, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell that was hard to ignore. This definitely took away from the experience and should be addressed. Unfortunately, the service at the breakfast area didn’t match the rest of the hotel. The servers were not welcoming at all and came across as rude. One even demanded my aunt’s room number in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome during what should have been a relaxing start to the day. While there were some downsides, the beautiful location and excellent front desk service were definite highlights. With a few improvements—especially in the breakfast service and bathroom maintenance—this hotel has the potential to be an amazing stay.
This is a so-so mid range accommodation. I can imagine at one stage this was quite decent, it has a number of pools, bar areas, breakout areas, actual artworks & paintings and sculptures around the facility, which makes you think what it was like when it first opened. The views are great but the challenge is it’s very old and needs an upgrade. The staff were very nice and very helpful, but not very well managed or organised. The whole facility looks like it needs a facelift, and then it would be a very good option. The food wasn’t great, often very slow ( or forgotten and when it was raining just left until the rain had died down before bringing it by then very cold!) and the quality was as mid range as the accommodation. The price was good and it does offer a mid range feel and value. In summary, mixed feelings about our stay. There’s a good resort trying to break out, just needs someone to care enough to do it. 2.5 stars …
