I really enjoyed my stay at Villa del Mar Hotel. The property was clean and the room service was amazing. The staff really friendly and always ready to help. The food and drinks were really good and we all loved it. My little boys loved the pool area and the playing ground and having the beach just steps away was amazing. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return if I visit Benidorm again.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Villa del Mar Hotel. The cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff really stood out, and for the price I paid, the value was excellent. While the pool area was a bit on the smaller side and there weren’t many sun loungers, the rooftop bar provided a great spot to unwind, and having the beach just steps away made up for it. The food wasn’t anything spectacular, but considering it was an all-inclusive buffet, it was perfectly adequate. Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay and would happily return if I visit Benidorm again.
Positives : 1. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach. 2. The staff were friendly 3. You got a free welcome pack in the fridge in your room. Negatives 1. Not enough sun beds/ swimming pool is very small 2. Limited food and tasted very salty 3. The lifts constantly out of service and the hotel only has two small ones in which can only hold 4 people. 4. Can not eat by the pool and only snacks they have at the pool bar was crisps and pea nuts 5. The alcoholic drinks were very over done to the point the bar tender was putting half a cup of vodka in the drink every drinks we asked for. It’s too strong. You need better measurements for your drinks. 6. The air conditioning made me and my daughter sick. We both have sore throats and runny noses. Even after our holiday we are stuck in bed. We know it was the it conditioning because every time we put it on we would start to feel ill On this note we won’t be coming back to this hotel unfortunately as we did not find it up to the standard’s with the amount of money we paid. This hotel is more like a 3 star hotel
