The staff are so so lovely and helpful! Very large rooms with great AC and very clean. An excellent value. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Customer service here fell below expectations. After a miscommunication and administrative oversight regarding the cancellation of a private car service, one staff member reacted in a heated and unprofessional manner. The interaction left a negative impression and made the experience less enjoyable. The staff could greatly benefit from improving their communication, professionalism, and overall approach to handling guest concerns.

the hotel is in quiet locality, nice from the outside, it doesn't look old. I rate the nice staff at the reception the best. But nobody helped us with luggage. The slowest elevator in the world. So we walked to the 3rd floor. WiFi doesn't work, weak signal Our room was supposed to be a family room, but it was a room with a double bed and 2 sofa beds for my sons 12 and 15. This made the space in the room significantly smaller. The mattresses for the children were soft and uncomfortable. when I wanted to sit somewhere other than on the bed, there was only 1 chair. minimal storage space for clothes, only 3 hangers. in a 4* hotel I automatically expect free water, slippers and paper napkins. that's the basics... Breakfast always the same, we were there 3 mornings. The waitress looked annoyed. the bathroom looked clean, we didn't use the air conditioning. I would reluctantly rate this hotel 3*
