Villa Ermellina, Now a Marriott Treasure I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Ermellina in Siena for the first time, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The property is brand new, beautifully maintained, and has recently joined the Marriott hotel chain—a great addition to their portfolio. From the moment I arrived, everything was impeccably clean, organized, and tastefully designed. The staff were welcoming, courteous, and highly professional, striking the perfect balance between warmth and efficiency. My room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the crisp white bed sheets—my personal favorite!—which added a fresh and luxurious touch to an already cozy room. The view from the window was absolutely gorgeous, adding a peaceful and scenic dimension to the stay. The culinary experience was another standout. I was delighted to find authentic Italian cuisine on the menu—flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Additionally, the Italian dishes were classic, fresh, and satisfying—a wonderful balance for guests with varied tastes. In short, Villa Ermellina offers the charm of Siena with the refined standards of a top-tier hotel. Brand new hotel, nice pool BUT the hotel is still under construction mode… should be broadcast under « soft opening mode ». Breakfast is average.
