Villa Escalesia Galápagos Waterfront Hotel

A magical oceanfront escape in the ❤️ of the Galápagos! We stayed at Villa Escalesia for 4 unforgettable days and it exceeded every expectation. The boutique, oceanfront setting is private, peaceful and offers stunning views especially at sunrise and sunset. The entire place feels like your own private paradise. Juan Pablo, the manager, goes above and beyond to make your stay seamless and special. He helped us arrange local tours, gave amazing food recommendations and the entire staff truly made us feel at home. The villa itself is beautifully designed, clean and full of character. We loved the infinity pool, the ocean breeze flowing through the open spaces and the wildlife that casually visited us each day (hello, sea lions!). If you’re looking for somewhere intimate, elegant, and connected to the spirit of the islands this is it. A place I’ll absolutely return too.

Incredible boutique hotel with only a very small number of stunning rooms. Perfect location in the centre of Puerto Ayora minutes from shops and restaurants. Incredible views and excellent service. Lovely pool with local visitors (iguanas). Good breakfast and there is a small bar on site. Does not provide any food at lunch or dinner, but many option nearby.

This hotel was luxurious. Our room and bathroom were large. All the decorative touches were so pretty. Location is walkable to many restaurant and shops. and the staff are so very helpful. They really care about the guests having a comfortable and memorable stay. Management went above and beyond and made a point to tell us he’s available for us for any and all of our concerns. Very Whiteglove kind of service! It was such a lovely way to end our Galapagos trip.
