Every single employee we encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. You can feel they genuinely care about your experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish — warm, attentive, and always with a smile. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Villa Fiorella was nothing short of exceptional, but what made it truly unforgettable was the warmth and attentiveness of Lia at reception. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel special—especially on my birthday. I hold top-tier status with several major hotel loyalty programs, and yet I’ve rarely experienced the level of genuine care and hospitality that Lia offered, even without any loyalty perks to oblige her. She surprised me with thoughtful touches—beautiful hand-written notes, birthday messages, and a sincerity that made us feel not just welcomed, but celebrated. Lia’s attention to detail and kindness left such an impression on us. She’s a true asset to the hotel and embodies the spirit of heartfelt hospitality. Villa Fiorella is stunning in every way, but it’s people like Lia who elevate it from beautiful to extraordinary. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stay that’s not only luxurious but genuinely warm and personal.

I already did a review on TripAdvisor but I wanted to make sure this hotel gets the credit it deserves. We were part of an organized tour through Firebird Tours and this was the hotel selected for us. After the previous 3 hotels in Venice, Florence and Rome, I was incredibly surprised by this hotel. I was expecting a kind of tense upsell moment during check in, as I had experienced in other parts of Italy and during check in the staff were very pleasant. As soon as they started talking about an offer for an upgraded room I started getting concerned. I was super wrong. Instead We got upgraded to a partial sea view room at no extra charge! They escorted us to the restaurant/ pool area for a welcome drink, and despite it being overcast, the views were amazing. What really stood out, after a week of travel in the bigger cities, was the tranquil and peaceful environment, overlooking Capri, and Sorrento in the distance. Everything was calm here, vs the noise, and sirens, and chaos elsewhere. We finished our drink and were blown away with the partial Seaview room, #202. Clean, sleek, comfortable, and the view from the patio was incredible. This room was better stocked, had better views, was cooler, than any room we'd had in Italy so far. Even better, the water pressure in the shower was incredible, it was very low elsewhere. The hotel is a bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city but we wanted to have plenty of wine in our room at hand, so we discovered there are shops just a few minutes away with excellent wine options for less than 15 euro. We had dinner both nights at their main restaurant and both dinners were fantastic, with amazing views! They have another restaurant on site with a (almost) Michelin star chef, but we were not that adventurous. Breakfast here was incredible! We ordered omelets and bacon from the wait staff, and finally, after over a week in search of bacon, this hotel provided actual bacon 🥓!. I must say, after spending nights in 3 other hotels throughout Italy, this place exceeded all expectations. The calmness after a week of chaos, the proximity to high quality food, drinks, top notch service, and the incredible views blew my mind. Hands down the best of the best in Italy. I rate this hotel all the stars.
