Villa Kalisat Resort

I am going to use a phrase to describe my stay here that I've never used before, "truly unforgettable". A very warm welcoming from the whole team and staff from the start to end. The breakfast is a 3 course sensation, which you eat overlooking a gorge thick with jungle forest. The hotel is simply wonderful and beautiful, and we were so lucky to have got in for 4 nights due to a cancellation. A huge thanks to Dewa for all of the suggestions of things to do in the local area. The owner and owner's husband were also incredibly friendly and couldn't have done more to support us in trying to resolve some bank issues. Thank you for a magical and soul nourishing getaway after a hectice time in Seminyak!

The hotel is a quiet and comfortable stay 15min outside from the crowded Ubud village. The surrounding landscape is pure nature with old forrest trees and a small river....more then beautiful. The rooms are good in size and each room decorated with a balinese flavour. The breakfast is amazing...prepared with love and rich in selection. The owner welcomes the guests personally and is alltimes looking what you might need to feel like home

Everyone was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere felt very homey and warm. I stayed in the Monkey Room, which was absolutely fantastic – it had a real Balinese vibe and charm. Right across from the room, monkeys were swinging through the trees, which made the whole experience even more magical. The food was delicious, and the massage was truly wonderful. Highly recommended!
