5* isn’t high enough for this business. Having worked in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, including vast Managerial experience and during my career I have never experienced such a first class customer service. In fact, my Hospitality journey started in this Hotel at 1998 and ever since my heart brings me back to admire this such a charming restaurant. If you visit this business, I guarantee that you will never forget it as this is a place to go, I would call it a treasure of Hospitality, you will find a fine dining Restaurant as well as a Nostalgia Restaurant, whichever you choose the fabulous experience and mouth watering food is on the spot every time, the team is incredibly accommodating with a big smile on the face, talkative and very informative. The whole environment has a wonderful atmosphere, the garden very quiet and well presented, The Owner Neubauer Sandor really gives a lot of love to this complex as well as the team, I know from experience it is hard to manage a business like these days considering the recent climate. I will always spread the word and recommend for all my associates to visit this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and clean this hotel was. The staff at the Front Desk were courteous and kind, and helped us quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, the Spa Area was a real plus, with a beautiful pool, sauna and steam room. It was a perfect oasis for my family while I attended to work for my business trip to Veszprem. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, AND it is right around the corner from an excellent zoo.

Lovely hotel and a great location for Veazprém. Quiet tucked away location. Spacious room, great facilities. Two separate restaurants on site, they call one general and the other fine dinning, I ate it the general, which was very good, superb food, very well presented. The SPA was well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
