Villa Park Sun Island Resort

Celebrating our 25th anniversary with an all-inclusive trip, my wife and I found our stay at Villa Park truly memorable, and we're already looking forward to returning. From the moment we arrived, Sana ensured our experience was seamless and exceptional. Greeting us at the airport, she served as our primary guide throughout our stay, expertly arranging activities, and we greatly appreciated her patience and the complimentary accommodation upgrade. We were delighted by the fantastic food and drinks. Adnan Sabbir, our host at Maaniya restaurant, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and accommodating, significantly enhancing our stay. Angelie at the coffee shop provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly manner, making our visits a true pleasure. We also want to thank Shahin, Rajib, and Mamun, our concierge and buggy cart drivers, who truly made us feel at home. They were always available to help, providing transportation and a tour, which we greatly appreciated. Mamun, thank you for booking our bikes and recommending the best spots on the island to explore – it was an amazing experience! Finally, Masud at the gym was incredibly helpful in accommodating us for the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and cold water plunge. We especially loved the cold water plunge experience!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Park Maldives and loved every moment! The island is beautifully peaceful, the restaurants are varied, and the service is outstanding. A special thank you to our lovely guest relations manager for the surprise room upgrade – it made our trip even more special. She also sent us the daily schedule of activities, which was so helpful to make the most of our time there. So, for everything, big thank you Paris. We also want to thank the friendly buggy drivers who took us everywhere with a smile. One tip for future guests: bicycles are available, but they come with an extra charge – it would be wonderful if at least two days were complimentary. The only small disappointment was the Italian restaurant, as I was expecting a bit more, but overall everything was great. We can’t wait to return to this little piece of paradise! We have just returned from 2 weeks there and had an amazing time in paradise. The island is big with many great snorkelling spots. The setting is unbelievable and the water so clear, allowing us to see marine animals like turtles, sharks, octopuses, rays and countless species of fish. The service was great including reception, housekeeping, transport… and especially with Sabbir, our waiter for the 2 weeks at the buffet, who was simply brilliant! The room was a little tired but we didn’t spend much time in it so not a big deal for us. The food was good but lacked a bit of variety. The breakfasts were the best. Main negative point are the excursions. They have the monopoly so very expensive. We took the safari to hopefully see manta rays, turtles and whale sharks. Cost several hundreds of dollars for my husband, myself and our daughter and we didn’t see the shark and I was the only one who saw the ray for a few seconds. We were happy to do it again at a discounted price but they didn’t offer anything . We understand that this is never guaranteed to see wild animals but the trip was very expensive and my husband and daughter only got to see one out of 3. And you can see turtles at the resort… Overall, we loved our very relaxing stay and would love to be back.
