An extremely pleasant stay. The hotel is in a very quiet and nice area, with the bus stop to Venice a minute away by foot. The staff were very friendly and in a human, not put upon way. Special thanks to Maya for putting smiles on my wife and I's faces. The breakfast was really good, my wife loved it. The restaurant in the evening not so much, I wouldn't recommend eating there, personally. Otherwise, the rooms weren't absolutely perfect, in the sense that the sink was a bit uncomfortable, the shower only had a fixed shower head, and a few other really minor things. We would definitely come and stay again :)
Great location for visiting Venice, we parked free at Spinea train station then €3 pp to the old town Venice. Amazing breakfast too!
Good hotel but in the middle of nowhere. Better to have a car because taxi are very expensive and so difficult to book to be back by night (We walked 1h20 one night because no taxi)
