Beautiful hotel and our room was decent too. You’re really paying for the view though. The AC worked great and kept our room cold on all 90+ degree days. The best part about this place is the staff. We didn’t have a single bad experience with anyone even though it was hot hot and everyone still had to wear long pants. Paul and the breakfast servers at the restaurant by the pool were the ones who really went above and beyond and made our trip. Thank you, we will definitely be back!
Everything is wonderful about this hotel. The food is great. The staff is beyond exceptional. It’s on the beach. The spa is 10/10. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 8PM :( I do not understand this at all. We would have spent more money if they had kept the pool open later. Overall 8.8/10
This is a nice place, but everyone should be aware of a couple things. First thing is when you get here be prepared to be pressured by one of their concierge service people, who will push you to visit with them about timeshare opportunities. Then if you decide not to go, they will instantly become unfriendly. A load of BS if you ask me. Secondly, all of your ocean view rooms will be hot as hell unless you go to the reception area and ask them to unlock your thermostat so that you can make it a decent temperature. If they don’t unlock it, your room will stay nice and hot like our first night was. Nothing like going to bed and waking up several pounds lighter because you sweat to death. The poolside service, Alejandro and team were great!! They do need better hours for pool and bars. For all inclusive, everything closes at 8pm unless you want to eat and drink in your room.
