An exception hotel for those looking for a unique, luxurious stay. This hotel is on great property in a fabulous location that provides privacy, intimacy, and easy access to Frankfort. The staff are very professional and accommodating, which only enhanced our stay. We will absolutely stay here again next time we visit western Germany!

We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches: high-quality linens, a perfectly curated minibar, and breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a scene from a fairytale. Dining at the villa was another highlight. The cuisine is simply world-class—refined, imaginative, and presented with impeccable flair. Each meal felt like a celebration of flavor and artistry, and the staff made us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely valued. This place leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I had been looking forward to staying here for years, and it was very disappointing. First, we had a hard time finding the hotel because its location on Google Maps is wrong. We were only able to find it after pulling it up on Apple Maps. We went inside, and there was no one at the front desk to greet us because he was on a smoke break. We parked right out front, just to unload our luggage, and were asked to move the car because it was a fire lane. The only thing is that the hotel parked its van in the same spot for over a day, so it seems like they're above the rules. When we got off the elevator, we were greeted by renovation materials scattered on the floor. I'm glad they're renovating, though, because this place feels rundown. We got to our room and unpacked. The floor creaked loudly with every step, but overall, things were going fine until that night when suddenly a loud noise like a generator started vibrating throughout the whole room. It was unbearable, and there was no way we could sleep like that. We were told that one of the rooms has a fireplace that was left on and overheated and the sound was from a fan that had switched on to cool the place down. The noise was going to last for over 3 hours, so we had to change into clothes, since we were already in our pajamas, and pack up all of our things, so we could move to a different room. They told us they were going to figure out something complimentary to make up for the inconvenience. That turned out to be a lie. We asked the next morning and were told that the manager would call us in about 30 minutes. The manager never called. We saw the guy working at the front desk later that day, and he said we'd get some points back but the manager was still deciding on how many. By the time we checked out the next day, we still hadn't received any points back for the inconvenience, and we were told that the managers were going to meet later that day to decide. It's been days since we left and still nothing. Worst customer service. They're understaffed. We had to ask at the front desk for housekeeping to clean our room, and when they finally did, they hadn't restocked anything. They simply made the bed. So, no coffee, tea, or water. Also, there's no central heating/air conditioning. It's very disappointing that we had to end our vacation staying here. I wish we hadn't wasted any points on this place. My parents were considering staying here, but after we shared our experience with them, they've changed their minds, which is good for them. I would not recommend this place. There are so many better ones out there.
