An unforgettable stay we didn’t want to leave! Thank your Marco and Antonio 😍😍😍 I’ve traveled a lot, but I have never experienced such incredible hospitality as I did at this hotel. The entire staff was unbelievably kind, caring, and always made sure we felt completely at home. A very special thank you to Marco and Antonio🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️, who were absolutely amazing. Their warmth, professionalism, and positivity made all the difference and truly elevated our experience. It was so wonderful that we didn’t want to go back home! This trip has honestly been one of the best I’ve ever had, all thanks to the incredible team. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family, this is it. Ercalono is not as crowded as Napoli. The Signorini offers a great restaurant and bar. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The wait staff and management are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

I honestly cannot express how totally and utterly disappointed I am with this hotel. I’ve been lucky enough to go all over the world, I’ve stayed in top notch hotels and slummed it in rather questionable hostels. Simply, the hotel is an aesthetic; a facade. Scratch beneath its rather gorgeous veneer and it’s totally hollow. 4 stars is just unimaginable as a rating it’s a 3 in my opinion. Everything restoration wise has been done as a basic MDF, wood effect, hinge falling off job. Nothing works! There are holes in the curtains, stains on the couch, 4 coat hangers for 3 people in a suite, paint splashed over everything, the view is off a car park, not that you can see it because the windows are FILTHY!!! The breakfast element is laughable! The service is non existent, the options are really very, very poor indeed. I’ve been all over Italy, and I love it. I hate this hotel for ruining my holiday. I would not come back. I’m genuinely GUTTED! :( Update****** The folks on the front desk have been amazingly helpful! A young lady in particular, we cannot thank you enough. I will ask your name before I leave. You have comfortably earned your employer another star. You are possibly the only good thing in this place. The breakfast is still unforgivable.
